- Is forex trading legal in Argentina?
- How to verify a broker licence in Argentina
- How trading profits are taxed in Argentina
Three questions come before choosing a broker in Argentina, and none of them is about spreads: whether this is legal and under whose authority, how to tell a real licence from a logo, and who taxes the profit.
The guides are written from the same sources as the broker pages and carry the same dates. Where a rule is stated by a regulator we quote the regulator; where it is our reading of the rule we say so.
None of this is advice, legal or financial. It is the published position as we read it on the date shown.
Each guide ends where the broker pages begin. The regulation guide says who may offer this service in Argentina and counts how many of the firms in our base actually hold that permission; the licence guide is the four checks to run before funding an account, with the register to run them in; the tax guide states what is owed on a profit and what changes when the entity that signed you sits abroad.
The figures inside them come from the same base as everything else here: 53 brokers measured for Argentina, each figure carrying its source and the date it was read.
